Ordering online through our website is the quickest and easiest way to place your order. Simply find your medications using our Prescription Drug Search Tool and add them to your shopping cart. Once you've added all your medications to your cart, complete the quick checkout process and you're done! The whole process only takes a few minutes.
4 Easy Steps to Submitting Your Online Order
- Find your medications using our Prescription Medication Drug Search Tool
- Click on the 'Buy Now' button to the right of your selected medication to add the item to your shopping cart
- Once you've added all your medications to your cart, click on the 'Secure Checkout' button
- If you are a New Customer (who has never ordered through our website before), click 'Create Account' to create your profile and to submit your order.
If you are an Existing Customer (who has already ordered from our website before and have a username and password), simply login to your account to submit your order. If you don't remember your username/password, please contact customer support at 1-877-278-5387 and a customer care representative would be happy to assist you.
Once your order has been submitted, you will be provided with an order confirmation number, which you can record for your records.
IMPORTANT: For all prescription products, please remember to mail us your original prescription(s) along with a copy of your Driver's License.

If you are a New Customer and would like to place your order over the Telephone, simply contact our toll-free Canadian & International Prescription Service Customer Care Center at 1-877-278-5387. One of our customer care representatives will create an account for you and help you place your medication order over the phone. Our toll-free support center hours of operation are 5am-10pm PST, Monday through Friday, and 8am-3pm PST on Saturday-Sunday.
To order by fax, mail, or email, simply download and complete our order forms and send them into us. Once completed, you can fax, mail, or email the forms using our contact details listed below. Please mail us your original prescription(s) using our contact details listed below. Prescription Refill Order Information
If you are an Existing Customer and would like to refill an existing prescription or place an order for a new prescription, simply contact our toll-free customer support center at 1-877-278-5387. Please remember to provide us with your Full Name, Date of Birth, and Telephone Number. Our customer care representative will locate your account and help you place your order.
If you are ordering refills for prescriptions we already have on file, you do NOT need to send us the prescription again (unless it has expired). OTC (over-the-counter) Products do not require prescriptions.
